Hilton Dallas/Park Cities

Older hotel in need of some updates. No usb in the rooms, our tub faucet was falling out of the wall, and wallpaper was starting to curl on the walls. The bed was comfy. They do offer coffee before 7am but after there is a charge. They have a restaurant on-site which is a nice convenience. I felt the valet was high for the area especially since they didn't allow self parking. My guess is they offer lower rates to corp planners for mtg rooms and make it up with guest costs.

Good and quiet location on a side street even though it’s relatively close to the Dallas North Tollway. Valet parking staff are very good. The breakfast was off a menu and very prompt and delicious. The only mildly annoying thing was there are no USB plugs in the wall outlets or lamps since I didn’t bring any phone chargers on this trip.

We have stayed at the Hilton park Cities several times through the years and everything always seems to be well. Most pleased with all; from the ease of check-in, valet parking folks are always awesome, the room is comfortable, clean, and without issues; and the small bar is nice. Mark and the staff there take good care of people. This visit was tremendously busy with the music/theatre auditions, people everywhere when we arrived which was a surprise but all still went very well. Big thanks to all!

I recently had the pleasure of attending a conference at the Hilton Dallas/Park Cities, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The conference rooms provided were spacious, well-equipped, and conducive to a productive atmosphere. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met, from setting up the audiovisual equipment to promptly addressing any technical issues that arose. The food provided during the conference was also of excellent quality, with a variety of options to suit different dietary preferences. The catering team did a remarkable job in delivering delicious meals that were both satisfying and visually appealing. While the breakfast offered at the hotel was just okay, it was still decent enough to start the day. However, where the Hilton Dallas/Park Cities truly shined was at their bar. I had the pleasure of trying their white mocha latte, and it was absolutely delightful. The barista crafted the perfect balance of flavors, resulting in a rich and creamy beverage that was the perfect pick-me-up during a long day of conference sessions. In terms of accommodations, the rooms at the Hilton Dallas/Park Cities were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The beds were cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided were of high quality. The housekeeping staff was attentive and efficient, ensuring that the rooms were always kept in impeccable condition. Overall, my experience at the Hilton Dallas/Park Cities was exceptional. The conference facilities and food were top-notch, and the staff's dedication to providing excellent service was evident throughout my stay. While the breakfast could have been improved, the standout white mocha latte from the bar more than made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone attending a conference or looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Dallas.
